Surprise.com is on a mission to help people make a positive impact on themselves, their teams, and their communities. Our flagship product, Surprise for Teams™, is the world's first and only SuccessOS™. Surprise for Teams makes it fun and irresistible to perform better, which creates a positive, long-lasting impact on people and their organizations.
We are looking for a Researcher to become an important member of our Consumer Insights team. Reporting to the Director of Qualitative Research, you will work to identify and share insights that help in the development of our product. You will work alongside an extraordinary team of researchers to identify and produce research that solves our complex business and product challenges.
This role is perfect for someone who loves Technology, Psychology, Sociology/Anthropology, Marketing, and the search for common insights that connect all four. We're a fast-paced, rapidly growing startup. You will be part of something big, with room to grow.
Please note that this is a fully remote position - a physical presence in New York is not required.
What will you be doing?
There is a three-question written interview to be submitted before an initial meeting. This helps us understand how you think, brainstorm, and where your mind is willing to wander for a great concept. There is no firm deadline, but we are processing inbound tests on a first-come, first-served basis. Take as much time as you need to effectively highlight your unique skills and abilities.
