As a senior strategist, you will be working closely with creative, data strategy, and account management to ensure our output is as culturally impactful as possible.
At your core, you are a storyteller and a cultural anthropologist who brings the outside world into the work, through concise briefs and persuasive presentations that advocate for the consumer, reflect the cultural landscape, and uplift the brand.
As a person, you have a deep passion for culture, and more importantly, a deeper curiosity to continue learning about the worlds of music, sports, technology, and entertainment as they evolve and intertwine.
Combined, you are a thought leader who can provide teams with clarity in moments of ambiguity, handle projects from start to finish, and understand how to also play a role in moving the work forward as a team.

Essential Responsibilities You'll Own
- Elevate insight mining by drawing something surprising from your findings
- Write creative briefs with rigor and curiosity to be concise and compelling
- Collaborate with team leads to get alignment and enthusiasm for your strategy
- Identify and clearly articulate the wants, needs, and motivations of key audiences
- Distill found research into higher learnings vs. bulleted list of info and data points
- Proactively feed teams with inspiration and/or opportunities to level up the work
- Articulate a clear POV on creative ideas to help build and refine the work
- Be both big-picture oriented and detail-oriented in the same day
- Demonstrate ability make daily tactics as interesting and strategic as the next big idea
- Incorporate the passion, excitement, and experience of your MINOR in the work
RequirementsExperience:
- 4+ years of strategy or cultural/audience engagement work
